hey guys im about to buy these wheels size are 17"and tires everything new for $500

are they good wheels or are they crapy..
if not is it a good deal!??
should i get them for my cobalt sedan...

Intake looks like an Autozone special Spectre intake, looks decent though.

I've looked at places like autozone and on the back of thr tubing it doesn't say it's made
for the cobalts. How would he get it there?
