yep they had to order the part from the nearest metroplex which is dallas texas, 1.5 hrs away. not a very common part failure in this area apparently

also forgot to mention that the gas cap i have on is letting air through. its something i picked up that has a lock on it, well back to the original

it was more then likely the gas cap to begin with. if i ever got in a vehical and it had a cel. first i would look at the gas. if it was full i knew they left it loose. and 95% of the time it was the gas cap
