Aveo rims?

Will these aveo 15" rims fit my cobalt (bolt pattern is correct) I'm worried about offset and width mostly.

They should fit, stock cobalt offset is +42mm. I think these are +45mm, find out from the seller.

While I don't like the idea of narrowing my track width, 3mm each side isn't much to worry about. That's what? 1/4 inch total? Lol HUGE difference when I'm taking "35mph" curves at 55.

I found a web page, wheel-size. Com. If they are correct my wheels are a 6.5x15, +37mm or +40mm offset and these wheels are a 6x15, +45mm. And the 16" cobalt rims are also a +45mm so all should be good. If not for the price I'm getting these for I will gladly drop $40 on some nice 8mm wheel spacers.

CED has em in 5mm. You're going to need longer studs to go more than 3mm, otherwise your lugnuts are barely hanging on.
