Boost more boost and piston rods

How much boost you guy think the 2.2l can hold with stock internals? I am planning to run it somewhere between 8 to 10 psi. I heard of a guy that was running 26psi on a stock 2.2l on another forum. But also where can I find forged piston rods so I can later on pump up the boost?

8 psi is a nice safe number. Checkout ZZP for rods and pistons.

Whoever the guy that claimed 26psi on a stock motor is wrong, or will soon have a windowed block.
