Buying new TPMS

Hello everyone, does anyone knows if this TPMS needs a programming tool or it can be programmed and works inmediatly with the relearning process of the car?

TPMS sensors just need to be paired with the car through the relearn process, shouldn't be any other setup needed. A good tire shop should be able to do all that for you.
