Car messed up help

Hi im in the army my car is a 05 cobalt ss and I tryed to turn it on it took about 6 times of turning key before it started wouldnt make a noise engine light is on. What is it and how much would dealer charge to fix it.

i need more info but maybe bad starter, but before you do anything check the fuses
