I have a cobalt SS 2006 2.4 L and last week this code came up. I did a lot of research and I changed spark plugs and one of the coils and i still have this code coming up. I have been searching and searching and i have found that i have to replace the fuel injectors and reprogram the ECM. If this is true, and i change the fuel injectors at home and drive the car to the dealership, is this okay or will it cause more damage?
