I've got those 1st gen halo projectors and I not a fan of the angel eyes I want the outter rings to be red. Can this be done?

yes, the angels eye rings can be bought in other colors

you can swap them out. yelloeye did it took the led rings out and put in the ccfls

I swaped mine out for CCFLS.
They look so much better then the LEDS.

I love it. What i don't like is the blue Leds that come with them for the top.
That's why i have mine like this.

Red halo's on a red car does look pretty sex. so does white but some other guy in town has that.

I have them on a lot during the day.
It gives a nice mean look to the car.

They are bright.
They shine on the road at night.

This was in the bright sun. With the sun shine on the front of the car even.

I bought the lights used off a CSS member for $80 Shipped. They had the LED Halos that were half burnt out.

So i opened the lights and put the bright CCFL halos in. These are the ones i used,

Angel Eye Halo CCFL 100mm WHITE rings | eBay

Angel Eye Halo CCFL 90mm WHITE rings | eBay

Then also ended up a top Led out. So i got amber leds for them.

Over all I have about $160 in them.

red in front is illegal ,yellow or white is ok

ohh really is that true the red lights are banned? I don't know this thing before. Anyhow I already don't like the red colored lights. I always prefer the white one because they looks more bright and good. Anyhow but other colors have their own value.
