Fluttering noise when accelerating

There is a flapping noise when I accelerate and it gets louder when going faster. Also is heard when the heat and a/c is running. Any thoughts on the problem?

Where is it coming from? Front/back, left/right?

Sounds like the whole dash. Not certain what side

If you turn on recirculate does the noise go away?

Nope it continues unless I decelerate or turn the a/c or heat off. For instance I will hear the noise while pressing the gas but the moment I let off it goes away. The a/c and Heat are constant though

Does it matter where you have the air directed? (Floor, vent, defrost)

No it's still heard no matter what direction the vents are going

If the car is stopped and the air on, you still hear it?

Sounds like something to do with the air intake for the HVAC or the blower motor.

Thanks I'll look into it. Do you know if those could cause harm to my car if I don't get it fixed soon?
