Front license plate removal

anyone know how to remove the front license plate? its held in place by rivets

Stop by your local hardware store and pick up some plastic pieces to fill the holes with, I'll see about getting a picture of mine soon.

i drilled them out and twisted them off with a pliers, then pushed the remaining pieces of the rivets with a hammer and hole punch. ended up wrecking a couple weeks ago and the balt is totalled :/
