When its being rolled up its 1/2 the speed of my driver window. Pisses me off a lot. Although I think just about every cobalt has this issue.

Nope, its just slow, slower when the other window is going up at the same time. Almost stalls out if the car is off.

Obviously it has something to do with a voltage drop, dunno anything beyond that though.
