Would this work? Has anyone done it. I know it would eliminate reverse lights but they can be modified.

Yes this works. You do lose your reverse lights.

Ooops, that was a photoshop. But yes, the G5 coupe trunk fits the Cobalt coupe and vise-versa. The whole rear end actually swaps if you wanted the tail lights and reverse lights.

Anyone do a spoiler swap? I wanna put the big wing on my new lid. Removed the small wing and damaged the black gasket on it. Should u try to salvage the gasket on the big wing when I transfer to the new lid or just use silicone or something?

I just used silicone for mine.
