Gauge Sweep

Hey everybody, I've been wondering for a while now if there is any way to program the cobalt to do a gauge needle sweep when started (like a subaru/ cruze). Have any of you guys heard of that being possible?

You'd have to reprogram the BCM, never heard of anyone doing it.
