H&R race drop vs. B&G s2

Wana lower my 08 cobalt cuz I ain't into the trophy truck stance lol. Wana get springs with lowest drop I can. Have looked around and am narrowed down to these two springs. Wondering if one is lower than other and if ether rides any nicer? Wana be some what level also.
