has anyone had problem removing seat belts

was removing my front seats belts and noticed the top bolt on the seat belt is a 50 size torx but while i was removing it the bolt stopped turning and felt like it wanted to break or strip??? !! i dont want to break this bolt off , anyone have issues with this ? i have removed seat belts before an usually these bolts come out easily

YA That didnt work GRRRRR now the torx stripped stupid thing mabey ill just grab my die grinder and grind it off and order new bolts

found the secret take a little butane torch and heat the torx bolt for at least 2-3 mintues and then immediately start turning the bolt and dont stop
