Can anyone kindly suggest a source/model for 2007 LS 2.2L intake that is street legal in California?

I had installed a K&N Typhoon short intake to my 2007 LS 2.2L back in 2013. Now in California it's gone through two SMOG tests without issue until this year. Technician (non-dealer) told me the CARB exemption sticker only covers 2005-2006 2.2L models, not 2007. I called K&N and they confirmed that with no further help. Guess the same shop overlooked this information the last couple of times. Bad news is I threw away stock intake long ago…

So I've searched a few alternatives on ebay. Turns out most after market don't have CARB sticker which makes them not street legal in California.

I found a GM OEM performance intake PN 17800653. I can't find too much information except for this site:
https://www.arb.ca.gov/msprog/after...?sortOrder=EO&DevSelect=5&submitDevice=Search
And I don't see 2007 2.2L listed as modification allowed for that GM PN.

So what are the street legal options out there besides trying to buy OEM stock intake from dealer?

Many thanks in advance!
