i DID make this :-D
first you take off the silver attachment:
then you pop off the cupholder top:
then you press in the tab for the cig lighter and remove the plug:
next you will still see the shifter lights, so you pop the little tabs off of it (there are 4)
once off, there will be two little plastic pieces, one with letters and one thats white, these will just come off to reveal light bulb:
then you put all back together, but make sure that the little red tab is between the white plastic piece and the parking plastic piece
