Installing Power Windows/Locks

Yo guys,
I have a 2008 Cobalt LS base model with roll up windows and manual locks. It's a real nuisance so I was wondering if anyone knows how much it typically is to get these installed? (If at all possible) I appreciate any info and/or advice.

They make kits that you can do this yourself. No idea on installation price.
