Know anything about HID lights/bulbs?

Yo guys I'm wanting to get the "white" look at night. Can I just purchase the bulbs at an autoparts store or online and that's all I have to do?

You can purchase some replacement bulbs that mimic HID bulbs, but they dont last long at all. If you got the cash HID's would be the best wat to go, i recommend 6K.

damn, so single is just one side, two bulbs.. and bi is both front headlights?

ah yes it was exactly. i don't see the point in having them for your high beams then. i don't ride around with them on hahah

yeah i was looking at the colors and 6k looks the best to me too. i love the look of the bright ass white.

i said the same thing^ and i find myself thankfull i got a bi-xenon kit

i have the same bi xenon kit as dman, there is just one H1 bulb...i hardly ever use the high beams though. I got them because i just didnt want white low beams and yellow high beams....

if this question was to me, i have one

stockers...i dont want any of the aftermarket projectors and not ready to throw down the money on retro's...i havent had anyone flash their lights at me yet so i dont think i am blinding them too bad...

tom, i should say, most aftermarket HID kits are illegal on street... some city cops are very sensitive to that sharping HID lights... you might got ticket if you become the target of cops on street....
