low oil pressure light is on.

well the low oil pressure light has stayed off since I cleaned the oil form the connector. the dealer said that could cause an intermittent short. they said the oil pressure range should be 30 to 70. and my car was a 35 at 1000 rpm. they said it had decent oil pressure.

never had any work done on the timing chain, cover, or the engine block.
no oil leaks and doesn't use any oil.

I am not sure how the dealer verified the oil psi. No one has changed the oil pan or timing chain, or the timing chain cover. It has been a week and the low oil pressure light has not come on since I cleaned the oil from the wiring harness and the top of the sensor where the harness was plugged in.
