What shot of nitrous can i run in the 2.2l

IIRC GM blew up a stock 2.2 around 200-250hp with a non-progressive shot. I would think anything less than 100 should be OK. YMMV, don't blame me when your motor does this:

Just keep in mind that the ECU will only compensate so much before tossing a code. Tuning is advised.
