Ya but unfortunately my personal scanner can only pull ECM/PCM codes not body codes of any kind like BCM only ECM code I found was for the EVAP which I could careless about right now

I'd say take it to AutoZone but yeah... You can probably "rent" it for free from them.

That's if The car actually drove Lol I called Chevy that steering column wiring harness should be in soon

well picked up my car from the chevy dealership repair shop , this is the verdict they replaced the steering colum harness because of all the past splices in it from the remote start , still the same concern, scanned it again no communication with the ECM, no power at ECM/TCM fuse in BCM , they found a broken wire underneath the battery in trunk shorting to ground on the floor, repaired wire and vehicle now starts,
