I am trying to figure out what's going on with my 2006 cobalt ss, when I accelerate I hear a single pop and when I start to brake a hear it again from the passenger side of the front end. Is it a cv axle issue or what? Please help thank you

Sounds like a control arm bushing or motor mount.
