Painting Wheels Black?

Yo guys,
Just bought an '08 Blue Cobalt LS as a first car. I'm super into cars and I'd like to use this car as a way of learning all the ins and outs of cars. So, i have tinted windows already and I'd like to make my Cobalt look pretty cool, so i wanna paint my rims black. I dont have the money to buy black rims and im an amateur so any simple/cheap ways would be awesome. Any tips/links would be greatly appreciated. Also, any recommendations on how to make my car look better would be great.

You can use plastidip, it's a pretty basic process. Checkout the dipyourcar channel on youtube.

If you want to go with something more permanent and slightly more work you can do spray paint. It does require more prep work.
