Remote Start FOB won't 'Lock'

2007 Chevy Cobalt with factory keyless entry and remote starter.
Remote will unlock the doors and the trunk, but will not lock the doors or allow remote start. Tried second remote that has never been used and have the same results. Replaced batteries, no change.

the key fob's are a p.o.s. just forget u even had one u will be better off
