Rough cold start

Hey everybody I was curious to see if anyone else gets a rough cold start on their 2.2s? It shudders for about ten seconds and also the tach jumps between like 300-500 rpms. Fuel retrieval problem possibly?

New fuel filter needed maybe? I know on cold days my car feels like crap til warm.
