sri help

i installed a K&N SRI last week but i noticed yesterday that it does a weird noise when i shut down my engine, it sounds like a whezzing noise
Is this normal??

its been awhile since i installed my k&n sri, i would need to hear it, but if your not throwing any codes then chances are its okay

is not throwing any codes but i also noticed that the car consumes gas faster
after the install
im going to record a video right now

this is kina on the same topic so im just gunna ask it on here....my car makes a weird noise when i first start it up...i cant really describe it..kinda sounds like something is loose...but im not throwing any codes ( 28k miles)

sounds like some type of extra air somewhere that is dissipating, it's from the intake I do believe and if i remember correctly I had the same thing on my Elantra, no ill effects ever.

also FYI sell that POS SRI and get a full AEM CAI FTW
