maybe that a 1 or 2 step colder wont give you a shit. these dommage cannot be safed by a colder spark plug

tuned maybe can safed it.

i already put a video with a G5 on 75hp. blew it in 4th.

i started honing the cylcinder walls today.. they were actually in really gud shape, justhad to touch them up.. also ordered new rod bearings. so the bloack should be back together by tomorrow afternoon. and the head went out to the machine shop. that also should be in tomorrow. then i can slap the motor back together and then i just need to wait for my turbo to come in :twothumbs:

alright the build is going slow.. ttryna make sure everything is perfect.. besides im not getting my turbo til wens so i got plenty of time lol

cylinder 1 honed

resurfaced the block with a wiz wheel

haha its a piece of shit i know well i had a bit of a set back today.. i broke 1 of my piston rings so i have to order a new one so everything is one hold until then

wow....looks good...reminds me of when i turboed mine....well idk if you heard but my turbo blew up due to some bad work from a machine shop...my valve guides are done and my turbo is now in pieces...but im trying to get this thing running again...i have another head here that i will be throwing on my balt soon and will get a new bigger turbo....i was pushing 15lbs when it blew up and somewhere around 270whp....i dynoed at 10lbs and came up to 236whp and 225wtq...on a smaller turbo...a gt22....at the track my times were not the best and not the best weather conditions....heatsoaked i ran a 15.1 1/4 mile.....not the best time for a turbo 2.2 balt but it could have been better...that was on 10psi....if you have any questions let me know...pm anytime...btw...my new build will contain at least a gt28 if not bigger

well the wiseco piston ring wasnt as strong as the oem.. its made out of a different material.. i was using a piston rings expander and w/o realizing hoe soft the rings are it split in half i was pissed !!! haha but theres a shop here who has them in stock so ill get one tomorrow hopefully...

dam that sux man...i trust my machine shop. they di my boys 670hp srt.. wat turbo u upgrading to ? i recommend 6262 or 6057... wat are ur goals ?

yea i just didnt want to scratch my piston.. but i put the other rings w.o a problem.. ill instal them tomorrow and hope everything goes smoothly

wats the tranny gud for ? you planning on any internal work ?

my engine is built already...i got all the parts you have...wiseco 8.9:1 pistons eagle h rods...balance shaft delete for safer higher revs. the head is fully built with .5mm bigger valves and dual coil springs...supertech...

ive seen one member push his auto tranny to 367whp and it lasted him about 4 months...but they do sell kits for the 4t45e auto tranny for it to hold better and higher hp range
