Hey,
Wondering if anyone has had and/or resolved issues with the cobalt transmission... (automatic). The car has never once shown an inkling of transmission problems... suddenly one day driving home from work, it will not shift from 1st gear. Other useful info is that the speedo is suddenly non functional and the message center is throwing a "power steering" message. I tried some searching and the closest answer I could identify with was that the transmission control module goes sometimes on these cars and can (to my estimation) throw other things out of whack... maybe such as the transmission being suddenly rendered useless... had to drive home 30 miles in 1st gear
anyways, any input and/or comiseration would be greatly appreciated! Thanks
