I have a 2006 base automatic that seems to be having delayed shifts from 1-2 sometimes 2-3. Anyone have any ideas?

Clutches could be worn down. Solenoid issues. A good transmission flush is due

Also maybe some transmission Lucas can be put in to ease the pain

Car was bought used. I'll be flushing it Sunday at the latest. Called the Chevy and they suggested that. Sucks there's no dipstick.

Damn. I'm hoping there's no internal issues. Although sometimes it sounds like there is.

Mite just be low on fluid. Happens

Boom. I just checked it. Took the screw off the top, looked in and I could see everything and not much fluid. I work late so I'll be adding a quart or two and posting results.

I think max is like 2 quarts. Yeah forgot to mention. On the side of the driver wheel. When u take it off. There will be 2 hex cap plugs. Top and bottom. Bottom is drain. Top is fill/level check.

Oh yeah. Also found out the trans pan is skittle damaged so Sunday I'll be replacing it as well as the filter and ALL the fluid in the tranny. Probably doing a small intake mod. Resonator remover and making an intake pipe. This car needs work before it gets a full dip.

Not a big fan of it. I just want an all motor tune. Plus how much can stock internals take?

Wait so if I just bolt on a turbo I don't have to change the internals?
