Evening Gents, Nixonthekat here.

2006 Chevy Cobalt LT 2.2L

My cobalt decided to randomly flash the turn signal 3x faster. My first thought was just a blown bulb and it's the left front blinker was out. I replaced the bulb and the light only turns on when I set the second light mode and signaling wont push but the light will turn on once I hit the 2nd mode for lights (just the orange lights) Back left light is blinking but blinking faster.

Everything else seems to be good in the car out and in. Someone possibly know the issue? maybe the BCM has junked? or a new turn signal switch needs to be hard wired on the board?

So you already checked and replaced the front and rear turn signal bulbs?

It's worth pulling the bulb out and reseating it. Check for broken wires as well.
