probably around $50+shipping to make it sequential if it works.
you need to make a circuit to turn each led on one at a time and then keep it on for a specified amount of time then turn them all off at the same time.
not to hard do you know how?

I figured thats how to do it...it would just be too busy for my taste. Im all about symmetry,even blinks looks best imo.
