Weird Amp problem

I have installed two 10" MTX 800 watt subs and MTX 800watt Amp. It came as a kit. Couldnt beat the price at the time- $160

Anyways, recently, the subs started making a heartbeat sound.

The Amp power light blinks in time with the thumps.

I checked all the wiring & fuses. Nothing wrong. Everything tight.

When I disconnect the subs from the Amp, everything is fine. Amp power light doesnt blink.

So my question is: Is it the Amp? Or the Subs??

Wish I had a spare Amp to test with.

Sounds like a loose power wire.... or a broken component.

probably a ground loop. amp might be fucked or just a connection somewhere down the line
