Those should be fine, and I believe that the 5lug and 4lug are the same offset (only because I can find no supporting evidence of them being different)

7.5 is the widest you can go. or you will rub.
Depending on wheel offset and tire width yes.

So both the 7.5 and 8.5 would fit with a 38mm offset?
