where do you get a cam holding tool in phoenix, AZ?

I have a 2007 ls cobalt and need a camshaft holding tool for the 2.2 engine. I live in Arizona so I was hoping to buy locally. OTC has the right tool for the job but they don't sell it online. Anyone know where to get that specific specialty tool?

what exactly are you doing to your car that warrants getting it?

Changed exhaust valve, need to be set back to top dead center. Chain timing marks didn't match with cam gear timing marks when installing it.

but wouldn't you have supposed to put it on the cams BEFORE you did any work on the head?

Didn't have the tool when I changed the exhaust valve so I used a marker.
