So your headlights are peeling and look awful thanks Chinese aftermarket projectors! But thats okay! I can help :)
Tools needed
2000,1500 and 800 grit wet/dry sandpaper
Spray bottle full of water
Polishing Compound
Swirl remover (optional)
Car wax
PATIENCE

Remove your headlights(2 -10mm bolts)
and
clean the lens real good with soapy water.

Start with your 800 grit paper and sand using the palm of your hand, let the paper do the work don’t add force to it! Keep the headlight wet at all time rinsing it periodically to remove the small sanded particles, or once the water on the lens gets milky. About 30mins with 800grit
After 30min of 800 grit

how to hold the sand paper

Once the lens is foggy, dry it and check for remaining clear coat, I used a sharpie to mark area’s that needed more sanding. once the sharpie marks are sanded off you should be good otherwise keep sanding with 800 grit till the clear coat is off.
you can see the peel line, which means more 800 grit sanding till its gone!

(this step is optional) apply some swirl remover to the buffer and begin buffing the dry lens, once again don’t apply pressure let the buffer do the work, and don’t keep the buffer on one spot for long amounts of time, you will risk burning the lens.

Now move on to your 1500 grit go over the entire lens till there is a noticeable difference in “foggyness”

Optional step-repeat step 4

Move on to your 2000 grit and buff with a polishing compound till lens is crystal clear.

Now that your done sanding/buffering the lens, it should be nice and clear, Finsih it off with a couple coats of wax and buff!

Enjoy your brandnew looking headlights!!!
