dude, dont think just cause you got the base model that its nothin, they are nothin to turn your head at. they can be made into beasts. as far as the exhaust, yea itll work but i wont lie, itll be a little too big for your set up if you stay NA, its made for a force inducted car which is why i asked if you knew anyone lookin. i think its around 2 3/4" - 3" from what ive been told

well damn, that sucks. youll be this year right? ill tell you this, bein that i owned and built a base model, after a while you get to a point and ask yourself "if it worth puttin all this money into the car" my answer was yes and no, it was a fun learning experience but at the same time i didnt get back nearly what i put in it when the engine blew lol. have fun with the car when you stack up the dough, they really are fun reliable cars. is it a 5 speed or automatic?

i forgot about this thread.

bigger and better things are coming to the car. im doing a turbo swap consisting of a Precision 5857 or 6262 turbo kit, RC 1000cc fuel injectors with AEM Peak Hold driver, 3 bar MAP and TIP sensors, CX Racing BFMIC, AGP hard pipes, wally 255 fuel pump, and Forward Motion fuel return kit. everything should cost me around $3500 and i should be sittin around 425whp or so on a stock engine

if everything goes according to plan i should have everything but august 1st and tuned when i get back home after installing the kit

auto trannys hold up better to supercharging better than the F23 manual stock transmission. unless you upgrade to the F35 but i wouldnt see any point in the extra money.

Yeah they are fine for a while until they start wearing out. Ive talked to other people that have done it many times and they all said the F23 transmission doesn't hold up for very long after you get it all finished. But if it worked out good for you then alright.

ive talked with a couple times, our schedules are waaay off.

maybe the people who messed up the manual trannys cant drive stick. ive never had/read about a issue with a manual trans, if anything id think the autos would have the issues
