Description:
For sale is my 2007 Chevrolet Cobalt SS Supercharged. I am the original owner. This is probably one of the nicest Cobalt SS's around, you won't find one cleaner! It is in excellent condition. It has been driven daily since day one and never auto-crossed and only been to the track three times. This car has given me no problems. I get over 30+ mpg. I did drive this through the winters but religiously washed once a week to keep it clean. I would wash it at least once a week, wax it once a month and clay bar it twice a year (spring and fall). The exterior is flawless. The interior has also received the same treatment as the exterior, being cleaned every month. All of the books and manuals will be given with the car. The remainder of the factory warranty is still on the car. This Cobalt has been meticulously maintained with Mobil 1 5W-30 oil changes and Napa Gold filters at every 3,000 miles. The car has always ran and has never been run on anything less than 93 octane. Also this vehicle has never been smoked in. The Entire car is De-badged. I also bought a second trunk and had the wing removed, the holes in the trunk welded shut and the trunk professionally repainted. I also just put on brand new BF Goodrich G-Force KDW2 Sport tires (235/40ZR18). I do have all of the stock parts (headlights, header, downpipe, badges, extra trunk with wing, spare stock intake, stock pulley, stock injectors, and much more).

Power Windows, Power Locks, Power Mirrors, Cruise, Tilt, Folding Rear Seat, Air Conditioning, Remote Keyless Entry (2 Fobs), Heated Seats, Boost Gauge, Driver Information Center, Steering Wheel Controls (DIC, Stereo & Cruise), Cargo Net

wow what are going to move on to

not really sure yet. thought originally a used evo 9 se but lately been leading towards a used c5 z06. I might just wait it out though and hold off and drive around a random car in the mean time. The reason reason why I am posting up this car now is that I am going to be doing a lot more driving this year than last year. I drive this car already so much on the highway and now 2 jobs which are both far away I'll end up racking up so many miles this year it's not even funny. Probably 20-25k miles this year. I only posted it up on 3 forums so I doubt i'll get any interest but you never know. Also it's just a feeler I am not even sure if I'd give it up just yet knowing it has no problems and I already put a aftermarket 6 puck clutch and new upgraded breaks on the car.

just if you wernt in NJ

ive been looking for a nice SS for a while

your only 1,511 mi away from me. start driving i'll see you in 1day if you don't stop and if you do stop then i'll see you in 2days from now.

i know you wouldn't or i wouldn't buy a car with out seeing it or driving it but if you were sure you wanted it and i posted up sound clips and me driving it and whatever the requests are I could always drive it to you and take a plane back or vice verse.

Part out one of your trunks?

I should knowing I lead you on about the other one I thought was only $75shipped. my bad about that. I don't think it's worth me to sell the normal trunk since I took it off and is in perfect condition all wrapped up in my basement. I believe i had the wing off that one actually. I would sell it to you if the price was right but I don't know how much one goes for and how much it would cost to ship.

$125+Ship?

like i said it's prob. best if i just keep it for that price and if I don't un-load the car on a website i'll put some stock parts back on and maybe even throw back on gm stage 2 kit and then just trade it in to a dealership or sell it w/o everything else on the car and then part out the wingless trunk and everything else.

which? i have all the stock parts. usually from my experience (i've sold 5+ cars so far) aftermarket mod's usually increase the value. the car is worth 13k i added 2k for performance parts when the car has 5k+ in parts. thats less than half of what all the parts are worth new + taxes + install + everything else.

if having the car stock made the value go up i would have already put all the stock parts on the car and then try to sell it.

i just figured someone would want a car with 374whp/363trq that's done right and ready to run with no problems instead of putting it back to stock. that's all. i have it on 3 websites which almost 95% or more already own a car and don't need another cobalt or an extra. i doubt i'd ever sell it on a forum also that's why i put it up as a feeler.

I'm not saying that those mods aren't impressive. But I am saying in general, a person buying the car will see these aftermarket parts, question them, ask about how well those parts hold up how well they were installed etc etc, as compared to not asking questions if it were a stock part. Especially adding nitrous and tuning really hurts it.

tuning and n2o hurts what? comments like that just make me want to keep this car and drive it to 100k just to prove to people like you the motor will still be running then. it matters how much you beat on the car buddy. you could have a 500whp cobalt and drive it daily and if it's setup right and you never beat on it could last just as long as any other setup. also having a car tuned properly actually makes things run better instead of guys just taking a canned tuned then trying to drop there pulley sizes. This car is done right and if you can't tell by the pictures i can post up sounds and also wot video's along with how the car reacts with spray. also hp tuners log showing the car is running good. At this point i realized the odds of selling it are slim on a car forum but i figured i'd post it for shits'n'giggles.

You do make a really valid point in the long run as i would never buy a modded car unless it looked 100% perfect. I know my car is 100% perfect and also know i have no problem showing the car to someone since i have nothing to hide. usually pictures of the car showing how perfect and flawless it is shows the person took the time to care for the car. At least that's the way i feel and that is why i would buy a modded car if it was all done right.

what do you personally think of my car?
