07 into 09 motor swap

Not sure but I have power to everything just when i crank there is no power to the injectors and to the starter solenoid

Weird. Any dash lights remaining lit?

No none at all

Sounds like a wiring issue.

I know maybe the wiring going to the bcm is slightly different but has the same fuses in the same location with same voltages

If a wrong wire is connected to the wrong spot on the BCM it might not work at best, worst it could fry the BCM.

Check your pinouts and make sure the correct wires are hooked up.

So we know it won't crank. What does work?

Everything works everything has power going to it but just no injector pulse no power to starter solenoid when the key is turned to the start position

That code is a short to voltage or open. I'll have to pull the diag procedure at home from the service books. It's related to the ignition switch, I'm hoping a year mismatch between the BCM and ECU isn't going to be a problem.

You might look into picking up a set of the service books or the GM CD, super helpful for this stuff.
