it's not like i slept on purpose or even put my head down, fell asleep in my chair sitting basically straight up, that asshole didn't have to report me, i wasn't out for more than 5 mins either b4 he came past the booth and saw me asleep in the chair.

That sucks, the guy probably sleeps on the job too. It's not uncommon for people to fall asleep on night shifts especially 12 hour ones they should of given you at most a warning first before showing you the door.

man the ppl on my rig when i roughneck'd were assholes to the core including the rig manager and the other crews and of course then i had to deal with my crew, the only decent person there was the other roughneck on my crew and after 1.5 months we both walked off because we were fed up with their bullshit.

not laid off, fired, more or less, it's complicated..........TSM is the "Security Placement agency" more or less that is what they serve as, Market Mall and TD Square both hire their guards from TSM specifically, Q9 was the site I was working at and the company who sub contracted their security to come from TSM, Q9 said I am no longer welcome at their sites, TSM says their pretty pissed off but could offer me hours working at a bank in 1-3 weeks only 8-16 hours a week..........so i have to give notice I am quitting TSM and lose my ability to gain any EI, and I am giving FAIR WARNING, ANYONE WHO SUGGESTS I STICK IT OUT FOR 8-16 HOURS A WEEK IS ASKING FOR A VERY ANGRY VERY LARGE MAN KNOCKING ON YOUR DOOR, I AM DONE WITH TSM, PERIOD. This whole situation has put me in a very angry mood and I am not known for having much of a fuse it's more like spark-kaboom...........blew down deerfoot earlier at 240 after my conversation with TSM management. I'm at the point where I don't feel I have anything left in Calgary to keep me here and am considering moving to Ontario.
