Cabin air filters

I took a look at my passenger compartment air filter and I think its about due for a change (33k miles).

Does anyone have a suggestion for where to get a new filter at the cheapest price? Local, online, or private are ok

The cheapest I've been able to find is $10 shipped on eBay.
