or you could check out a junk yard. look for SS cobalts, check under the hood to see what engine, if it only has rear damage grab the manifold, throttle body etc

tried looking at all the wreckers around hear, not too manny SS's around hear to start with and only found a couple LS's and one LT but asked them to call if they get any SS's or anything i might be interested in

you will want to me a little more specific about the SS's. ask for a 2.4L. actually you can look at 05-07 G5 GT and S Sports Cobalts both have 2.4Ls

i know but i wouldnt mind getting an SS wing or front and rear bumpers and if they dont over charge then grab the engine and swap them out

The prices of the intake manifolds have really sky rocketed from what everyone is saying there over 400 just for them now without a CAI.

When I did my 2.4 mani swap I bought the parts myself and made an adapter plate. Was way cheaper.

I may be a noob but I wouldnt pay those prices I will search junk yards and wait. I found a few online in junkyards for about 75 but who knows what shipping would be like to get it to Alaska.

This intake is from the ss cobalts 2.4 not the previous 2.4 from the z24 cavalier? I believe its the ld4. That is what i have as my for sale car since i bought my cobalt. Just wondering if i should steal some stuff off of it before i sell it and drop the price some.

I was thinking short ram.. but I see the cai aren't much more.. plus I already took out the stock resonators so it should be easy to install
