Depends on the year. If your normal running lights are markers you can just tap into those. Otherwise you'll need a voltage based relay setup.

Easiest way would be to hook them up to that DRL spot, fused of course.
What is IIRC ?The brown wire is the markers IIRC.
You'll run a fused wire from the DRL spot on the fuse block to your halo wiring. Make sure you use the same size fuse.
This will make the halos come on with DRL, I'm not sure if they will turn off when the headlamps come up.

So if I leave the DRL Fuse out, and run a fused wire to the fuse block, this will turn on my halo's during the day and will NOT turn my low beam HID's on?
Where does the wire go that comes out of the fuse box for the DRL? Would I not be able to cut that wire at the headlight harness and tap into that for the Halos? that way it uses the same fuse but would not turn on my headlights during the day?
