ok well i went to best buy today and had them install my H/U, everything worked fine i guess i just had the wires hooked up wrong lol. Went home and installed my subs and they sound better in this car than they did my maxima, now im done with stereo stuff in this car, hopefully lol
so using the cheap harness on a non onstar nothing will happen to other things in the car when i took out my stereo my engine light came on ? any ideas
That was sarcasm. Lol. I don't care how hard it is, i will always replace the stock stereo in my cars. But i did forget about the window crank clips. Lol.
Lmao!! I haven't taken one off in years now. I have only done door speakers with power windows recently, so it was easy. Before i broke both side on my 88 grand am but had a friend at a junkyard pull me 2 knew ones and he told me about the tool. Lol. I haven't done my stereo yet, but probably will be doing it next weekend since i don't get my cobalt till wed. Waiting sucks. Lol
as for those little manual crank window handles u dont need a fancy tool i just took my off yesterday with my Hook pick just pry light on the handle to get enough clearance
