Here's the surest way to diagnose the problem:
Put everything back to stock, drive it around and see if it still has the issue.
If its good add 1 thing back (HIDs or stereo deck), keep doing that until the problem surfaces again and then remove the last thing you put on. If the problem is gone again you have found your problem part. Report back and let us know what it is. :)
