I'm the guy at Chevy that you pay $50.00 for 15 seconds. There is a reason why we are trained and educated for general motors cars and specialize in what we do. You need a tech2 scan tool to re-program the remote control door lock receiver. (not the radio duh) and because of the rolling code between the key fob and RDLR you can't just "pull a fuse" nice try, sorry but module re-programing at the dealer is the only way.
I was doing some research on this, and alot of what I read said you have to take it to a dealer, because you run the risk of disabling the whole system or something, then you end up having to get your car towed to a dealer to fix it. I have an 06 Cobalt LT sedan, and I need to find out which way to go on this.
