duuuuude manual swap, get it done son!you need a pcm as well........ i think or at least needs to be reprogrammed have you searched for people swapping in a manual to see what they are doing about the wiring? i'd say search for a manual harness, whether is a cobalt, g5 or ion. i'm probably going to upap tomorrow to find a motor for my buddy i can keep an eye out
