Would this lower my mpg?

Intakes are designed to increase MPG, epecially Cold Air Intakes because it allows more air to go into the engine (Cold air is more dense that hot air, so more can go through). But, as someone said before, once you get it you want to test out the power. If you drive like you normally would you should be fine. I don't think a tune is necessary for just an intake.
