Do you have access to an EFILive or HPTuners to reflash your ECU? I've got copies of 2009/10 manual & automatic HHR FFV tunes as well as a 2009 Cobalt 2.2L regular tune for EFILive. Highly recommend going with the 2009+ HHR FFV injectors as a cheap swap in. Should be able to find them for <$100. Check out some of my testing results from the link below. 2007 Chevrolet Cobalt- Fuelverine

HPTuners or EFILive?
I've been tuning 2007-13 Chevrolet vehicles with both, but we've mostly stuck with EFILive on the 2.2L 2007 Cobalt for our flexible fuel research. Wondering what pros & cons y'all have come up with. Any other tuners I'm not aware of? 2007 Chevrolet Cobalt- Fuelverine
