    Issue with installing power windows.

Might be the draw on the motor if its slow going up as described then I would bet that the motor is struggling drawing high current (making it hot) Try lubing the track and making sure that the regulator is working under lighter load see how hot they get.

    ss stereo

they are fine for testing fuses and what not, if you are testing computer components then yes you need a good one not the el cheapo brands. I have been in the autotech world for 16 years professionally now and a heavy equipment tech for over 6 now so I would not say frowned upon as much as they...

    ss stereo

You are going to have to get a test light to properly test fuses, they are cheap and easy to use, check it with that first then get back to us, you definately have a blown fuse.

    installing power door locks

Remove the door sills and run all wires along the factory harness to the front of the car, if you have a remote start installed already then its pretty straightforward all you need is a add on power lock module like a directed 451m or a commando alarms power lock module. You wire all the locks...

Change Speakers - Stock Head Unit

lol, thats what I did for my wifes mazda tribute, the jvc deck made it sounds 10x better than the stock radio and she is still rocking those, I would gladly trade my clarions and the alpine deck for a better setup, its the first time I was really let down with an alpine decks sound quality.

Change Speakers - Stock Head Unit

I would not nesecarily say that aftermarket speakers are not as good as stock, it depends entirely on the setup and wheter or not they are going to be amplified or not. Sound quality can vary widely with the application being used, if they are non amplified then stock works fine with an...

    Avital 4111 Remote Starter

You will have to use a bypass for the factory passlock system, if memory serves they require 2 bypasses or one of the factory keys, I recommend the bypasses though as because if you use a key then the car is that much easier to steal.

Cobalt lt pioneer stereo, i want to add a new head until...help

if the amp is small enough you can mount it to the bottom of the rear deck then hide the wiring behind the panelling and carpet if it does not fit in the sub compartment area, it will give a clean look as at first glance you will not even see the amp or wiring.
